申し込みの有効期限

ご注文後7日といたします。7日を過ぎてご入金がない場合は、購入の意思がないものとして自動的にキャンセルさせていただきます。
在庫切れの際はこちらからご連絡の上、注文をキャンセルさせていただきます。


【Validity of the order】
Seven days from the date of order.
If we do not receive the payment beyond 7 days, the order will be cancelled automatically.
When in short of stock, we will let you know and then cancel the order.

不良品

万一不良品等がございましたら、当店の在庫状況を確認のうえ、商品を交換させていただきます。
商品到着後7日以内にご返送ください。それを過ぎますと返品交換のご要望はお受けできなくなりますので、ご了承ください。


【Defective】
if you receive defective item, we will replace it with good one after checking our stock.
Please return the item within 7 days after the receipt at your place. Beyond that period, we do not accept it.

特に指定はございません（商品によって設定あり）

ショッピングサイト上に表示されている在庫情報（売り切れの表示含む）はあくまでもショッピングシステムが出力する目安の数量となります。
ご注文後、当店よりご注文確認メールを送信した時点で、該当注文商品の確保が確定となります。


【Quantity to sell】
Not limited. (depending on item, we sometimes set it) Stock quantity (including out of stock sign) you see on a shopping site does not show actual quantity in our stock. When you receive our confirmation of the order, it means your ordered quantity has been booked.

引き渡し時期

クレジットカード･代引決済の場合、ご注文日の翌営業日から３営業日以内に発送いたします。
※大雪、台風などの天候状況により、運送に遅れが生じる可能性がございます。遅れの状況は、発送連絡メールの伝票番号を使って運送会社にお問い合せ頂くか、当店までお問い合わせください。


【Time of delivery】
Credit card and Cash on delivery: Will ship within 3 working days at the latest.
*When we have much snow, typhoon or other weather condition, there could be a delay in the transportation. If the shipment delays, please ask us directly or check delivery status using dispatch number written in the shipment receipt.

お支払い期限

【クレジットカードの場合】
出荷時にクレジットカード会社へ請求を行います。

【代金引換の場合】
商品のお届け時に、佐川急便またはクロネコヤマト配達員に代金のお支払いをお願いします。

【銀行振込の場合】
ご注文日より5日以内に当店指定の口座へお振込みください。5日を超えた場合は一旦キャンセル扱いとさせていただきます。 再度、御注文いただきますようお願いします。

返品期限

商品の性質上、お客様の都合による返品は原則的にお断りしています。
１．商品に瑕疵がある場合
２．当店の過失によりお客様が注文した商品と相違する商品が届けられた場合
上記に該当する場合、商品到着日より7日以内にメールでご連絡をお願いいたします。 この期間を過ぎた場合、返品はお受けできなくなりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。


【Period for the returns】
Due to the nature of this product, we do not accept returns in principle.
1. When you find any damages or
2. When we ship different item than you ordered, we accept returns if you could send us an email within 7 days after the receipt. If not, we do not accept returns.

返品送料

お客様都合のご返品の場合は、すべての送料･手数料はお客様のご負担となります。ご了承ください。
ただし、不良品交換、弊社手配ミスによる誤納品配送交換は当社負担とさせていただきます。


【Shipping charge for the returns】
When you return by your own preferences, all the shipping and handling charges are on customer' account.
If the return is caused by our mistake, then we will bear the charges.
